To my surprise, there were a number of terms that were added and/or different than what we had discussed. I'm a lawyer, and don't want to sign things I haven't read, so I read it. When I was finally sent the contract, it was an hour before the broadcast time. This meant the activation date got repeatedly pushed back. I accepted a sponsorship, and my repeated requests to see the contract before the broadcast were dodged. In that time, I have done a number of sponsorships with SE, and never had any major problems.
